SERVICES INCLUDE:
  
  • Regular usage analysis to determine trends and if any modifications are appropriate (data usage, international usage, etc.)
  • Placing new lines on correct plans.  Moving lines around in various plans/groups or sub-accounts as required
  • Discovery of abnormalities and/or carrier mistakes and correction thereof
  • Assist with maintaining user and cost center information via bulk upload to carriers’ sites
  • Take immediate action to make the most of short-term promotions with long-term results  (Example: “double the data” promotions)
  • Deliver in-person or web-conference training to assist you in reading and understanding our reports, the carriers’ websites and necessary actions needed 
  • Work with carrier to request credits when necessary
  • Liaise with carrier to:
    • Implement bulk plan changes
    • Negotiate new carrier contract discount and terms
    • Contact carriers’ Customer Service and/or Tech Support on occasion to deal with especially difficult issues
  • Ad hoc reporting

 

HOW IT WORKS

 

Just grant us access on the carriers’ sites and we will do the rest!  Our process:

 

  • Download the last six months of raw billing data from your carrier
  • Filter and compile the data to produce a trend analysis report
  • Review the report with you and discuss initial cost-savings recommendations
  • Implement recommended plans and feature changes
  • Continue sending monthly reports that include additional suggestions
